- Аннотация: Femtosecond laser structuring of Ge2Sb2Te5 (GST225) thin films is a novel method for thefabrication of phase-change gratings. Furthermore, such so-called laser-induced periodicsurface structures (LIPSS or ripples) demonstrate anisotropy of optical and electrophysicalproperties. These features may improve GST225-based phase-change memory devices.
