Аннотация:After the collapse of the Soviet Union in the former Soviet
republics have been numerous quantitative and qualitative po
licy, institutional and structural changes in the economy. I
n place of Soviet cities, the philosophy of which was the de
sire to unify the space, it is urban development in a market
economy under the influence of factors essential urban land
value and real estate.
In cities have developed a number o
f relatively new to the post-Soviet socio-economic processes
(spatial segregation of society, the emergence of ethnic ne
ighborhoods, gentrification center).
Favorable ecological s
ituation in the cities is one of the most important criteria
of the post-industrial development: removal of industrial p
lants outside the city takes place, system of separate colle
ction of municipal solid waste, utilization and recycling is
organized in residential and public places, cars move to cl
eaner forms of fuel.
