Аннотация:The mechanism behind the propagation of a slow wave of changes in reflection and conductivity (WCRC) excited by an infrared laser radiation pulse is investigated experimentally and theoretically. It is demonstrated that two different (rising and falling) temperature dependences of the WCRC velocity, observed in experiments performed with different materials, can be qualitatively described in terms of the theory of a slow wave of recombination of laser-induced defects
