Аннотация:This paper considers the possibility of increasing the stability of SHP layers formed from ethanol solutions of oleic acid (OA) by layer-by-layer modification of the laser-textured surface of D16 alloy with ethanol solutions of trialkoxysilanes (vinyltrimethoxysilane (VS), octyltriethoxysilane (OTES)). It has been shown that OTES is more effective than VS in achieving the SHP state on the alloy surface. The protective ability of the coatings was evaluated by polarization measurements in an aqueous solution of 0.05 M NaCl and corrosion tests in a salt spray chamber. It was found that a two-stage modification of the alloy surface in OTES and OA solutions at C = 10 mmol/L enables it to surpass individual components in protective ability, while τcor = 498 h. It is significant that the SHP properties of the coating were maintained for 240 h of testing under neutral salt spray conditions.
