Аннотация:Stationary conditions of crystallization in a circulation crystallizer with prevailing mode of secondary nucleation were analyzed. It is shown that with preset flows of substance and heat to dissolution area two stationary modes are possible which differ in crystal distribution over sizes. The possibility of unstable mode stabilization by thermal flow control was studied. By varying thermal flow it proved possible to make the crystallizer more sensitive to the product properties. It is shown that provided secondary nucleation dominates in the crystallizer the use of thermal flow is an effective means of product granulometric composition control.
