Аннотация:Subjects: 67 schizophrenic patients and 25 patients with obsessive neurosis (for comparison); the obsessive-phobic disorders (OPD) in these patients met the criteria of at least three items of the ICD-10, specifically, "social phobia", "agoraphobia", "specific phobias", "panic disorder", "obsessive-compulsive disorder" and "hypochondric phobia". Multiple OPD occurred in principal forms of the course of schizophrenia. Polymorphic abstract obsessions were found in continuous course and were presented by misophobia, i.e. the fear of being contaminated with dirt or germs, persistent cognitive rituals i.e. thoughts or ideas, or by social phobias. Various and emotionally coloured obsessions were observed in schizophrenia with progressive-recurrent course, and it was presented by panic disorders, agoraphobia and hypochondric fears (cardiophobia, tanatophobia). Mixed obsessions were found in periodic course of the disease, and they were presented by obsessions of contrast contents, e.g. lissophobias and by hypochondrical fears of contamination (hepatitisphobia, AIDSphobia). Episodes with prevalent OPD could be alternated with episodes with schizoaffective and affective structure. No obsessions were found between the episodes. The author describes differential-diagnostic features of neurotic obsessions.
