Аннотация:Based on the heat capacity equations obtained earlier for crystalline (298.15–3840 K) and liquid(3840–5000 K) zirconium carbide with composition close to stoichiometric, we calculated the thermodynamicfunctions for ZrC0.95–0.99 at temperatures of 100 to 5000 K. Special attention is paid to the nature ofthe anomalous growth of the enthalpy and the heat capacity of the crystalline ZrCx at temperatures above~2200 K. The calculated thermodynamic functions are included in the IVTANTHERMO database.
