Аннотация:In this work has been received mesoporous titanium oxide by hydrolysis in alkaline medium of Ti(OBu)n at presence of C4H16(CH33)3NBr with the subsequent annealing in an oxygen flow. Application of ultrasonic processing during synthesis allows receiving materials with the high specific surface area and narrow pores size distribution. Mesoporous structure of the samples received with use of ultrasound does not collapse at thermal processing whereas the samples received without use of ultrasound possess the fragile structure collapsing during annealing even at low temperatures because of growth of large crystal particles in walls of pores.3
