Аннотация:Mixed interfaces of nanofilms cause worsening their functional properties, so it becomes required to find conditions and such surface preparation for deposition to form stable distinguishable interfilm interfaces. For this reason, computational experiments were carried out in this work to investigate the features of nanofilm interfaces formation. To improve the interface of cobalt-niobium nanofilms, this work considers the deposition of an intermediate layer of aluminum, which is neutral with respect to the considered composition, hence it does not affect the functional properties of the nanocomposite. The studies were carried out by means of mathematical modeling using the potential of the modified embedded atom method.
