Аннотация:Tin oxide nanoparticles prepared by sol gel method with aqueous ammonia (NH4OH) and monohydrate hydrazine ((NH4)-H-2 center dot H2O) precursors have been investigated by means of infrared (IR) absorption spectroscopy, Raman scattering and photoluminescence (PL). According to the IR spectroscopy and PL data using of N2H4 under samples preparation leads to NH4+ species adsorption on the surface of SnO2 nanocrystals. Additional defect states attributed to bridging and in-plane oxygen vacancies are formed. Meanwhile using NH4OH as a precursor leads to the formation of nanocrystals with sizes controlled by the following thermal annealing. Size of SnO2 particles was determined by comparison of the experimental Raman spectra and the calculated ones in accordance with phonon confinement model. Transmission electron microscopy confirms the data of nanocrystal size obtained by the Raman spectroscopy.
