Аннотация:The sustainable development of territories and industries implies the equalization of internal disparities arising from unequal conditions and accumulated development results. The disparities in the crop production development can be estimated by such indicators as crop yields, crop acreage and profitability of agricultural production.
The multiple factor analysis method allows us to determine the trends in the analyzed indicators, determine the influence of factors on decrease or increase of these indicators, as well as identify reserves of their decrease or increase. The obtained results make it possible to group selected districts according to a wide set of characteristics. Thus, multiple factor analysis can serve as a basis for decision-making on the provision of support measures designed to equalize the sectoral development disparities of selected districts.
The study presents a model of using multiple factor analysis of conditions and trends, as well as the results of its testing on the example of a selected district, whose agriculture traditionally specializes in crop production and has historically been subject to internal development disparities.
