Аннотация:Transparent conducting polymer film, based on polydifenylenephthalide, is used to attach current collecting grid of wire to silicon solar cell surface covered by antireflecting TCO layer in Laminated Grid Solar Cell (LGCell) construction. PS07 polymer composition was developed to form polymer films with higher transmission in the short wavelength region. Applying of PS07 transparent conducting polymer in LGCell contact system leaded to the increase of spectral response and efficiency of LGCell in comparison with the other tested polymer compositions. The goal of our work was to test the stability of electrical and optical properties of the structure Si/TCO/polymer PS07/metal and, correspondingly, the stability of conversion parameters of LGCell with polymer PS07 to the external action of irradiation, electric current, temperatures and humidity. Test structures Si-substrate/TCO film /PS07 film/metal after thermocycling showed 3 fold increase of contact resistance. The contact resistance of test structures demonstrated stability for electric current densities up to 50 A/cm2. LGCells with PS07 film were exposed to xenon lamp irradiation 1W/cm2 (10-Suns) and thermocycling. The spectral response and light I-V curves were measured before and after testing. Concurrently the control of polymer film transmittance was made on test structures Glass/PS07/Glass, which revealed the reduction of transmittance in the short wavelength region after irradiation. The stability tests showed slight degradation of LGCell conversion parameters due to the deterioration of electric contact in the system TCO/polymer PS07/metal and yellowing of PS07 film during external actions
