Аннотация:The article presents the results of computation of the correlation between the arameters of water and hydrochemical regime of the Amur River for the period of 1950-1970 and of mathematical modeling of the principal water mass formation in the Bureya reservoir which is under construction now and would be filled with water up to the normal planned level in 2007. Possible application of the structural hydrology principles for diagnosis and forecast of the influence of long-term flow regulation within the river system on the hydroeco logical transformation of the input of mineral and organic solutes into one of the top 10 river mouth areas of Russia is shown.
