Аннотация:This study analyzes tumor-associated inflammation by assessing the expression of cyclophilin A (CypA) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in samples of kidney tumors of various histological types. It has been shown that different histological types of renal cell carcinoma differ in the expression of the investigated proteins. Thus, the highest expression of CypA and TNF is characteristic of papillary and chromophobe kidney cancer, although there is no correlation with overall bacterial load for these tumors. In the case of clear cell kidney cancer, the expression of pro-inflammatory factors is observed in only half of the cases, and it directly correlates with the presence of resident bacteria, serving as a favorable prognostic factor for the disease.
