Аннотация:In the present chapter, the results of the investigation of metal/carbon nanocomposites (Met/C NC) functionalized with ammonium polyphosphate (APPh) and aerosil (SiO2) are shown. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) investigations have revealed the increase of the atomic magnetic moment of the metal in the composition. A small increase in the amount of delocalized electrons on the carbon shell in a metal/carbon nanocomposite (NC) has been found by the electron para- magnetic resonance (EPR) method. Based on the above investigations, the factors influencing the physical and mechanical properties of polymer composites are determined. The change in the physical and mechanical characteristics is shown using the modification of the epoxide compound as an example.
