Аннотация:The problems of globalization in its economic, political and cultural perspective have been discussed in practice and theory for several decades. Philosophical research devoted to this developed topics have taken theirs place mainly in the last third of the twentieth century. One of important topics, which also concerned ethics, has been the problem of the possibilities of forming a universal value basis for the horizonts of globalization development process in various cultures and types of society. Various points of view were expressed regarding the prospects for building a common humanitarian foundation in relation to the global space that has already defined itself in economics and politics. In addition, the formation of a global communication space has become a relevant factor. Thus, the next question has been risen as to whether there are general normative guidelines, not only legal, but also ethical, that could become ethical guidelines in the process of developing globalization trends. In this regard, in ethics and related disciplinary fields, the topic of the possibilities of forming a global ethos as a kind of universal system of value preferences and moral priorities has been actively worked out. This new demand for normativity brings change the previous anti-normativism, which took place both in practice and in philosophical theory, which was one of the mainstreams of philosophical thought of the second half of the 19th century until the second half of the 20th century half a century ago. One of the main questions in this field has become the question of the existence and viability of universal regulatory systems.
