Аннотация:Based on the study of Mössbauer spectra on 119Sn nuclei and long-wave IR spectra, thermodynamic calculations, analysis and generalization of microhardness, density, conductivity parameters and other data, the nearest environment of tin atoms and the regions of existence of Sn(1V) and Sn(11) states in quenched glasses of the As2Se3 - Sn system have been determined. Probable structural and chemical models of glasses prone to crystallization SeSnx(x<0.01) and AsSe1.5Snx(x<0.3) are proposed.
