Аннотация:The motion about the center of mass of a nearly dynamically spherical rigid body with a cavity filled with a fluid of high viscosity and subjected to constant body-fixed torques is considered. The torque of forces acting on the rigid body by the viscous fluid in the cavity is determined by the technique developed in the works of F.L. Chernousko. Obtained asymptotic and numerical solutions describe the evolution of body motion under the action of small internal and external torques.
