Аннотация:We have investigated the photoconductivity of the single-crystal semiconductors Cd(1-x)GaxCr2Se4 (x = 0.007 and x = 0.01)as function of the temperature and of the magnetic field. A minimum of the photocurrent and a maximum of the negative photomagnetoresistance was observed in the region of the Curie temperature. Three possible causes of the these extrema are suggested: 1) capture of the photoelecrons by magnetic polarons in the region of the Curie point; 2) scattering of the photoelectrons by magnetic polarons; 3)spin-disordered scattering of the photoelectrons in the region of the Curie point.
