Аннотация:The article considers the modern approach to justifying the priceof scientific and technical products at their commercialisation as R&D results. Thetools for determining the main indicators reflecting qualitative and quantitativecharacteristics of scientific and technical products are presented. The scheme ofnew effective organisational and economic mechanisms for the commercializationof R&D results, adequate to modern conditions and the existing innovationinfrastructure, is proposed.
