Аннотация:Symmetry classification of magnets in semispace is constructed. Magnetic classes admitting near-surface toroid current ordering are singled out. Explanation is given to asymmetry of the chromium electron spectrum, in the state of surface ferromagnetism, revealed in experiment on photoemission with angular resolution [1]. Neither the asymmetry of the surface magnon spectrum of ferromagnets, which was observed earlier, nor the asymmetry of the electron spectrum of toroics leads to the appearance of homogenous dissipative-less fluxes.
