Аннотация:Water-soluble nanosized systems of aluminum phthalocyanine (PcAlCl) as promising photosensitizer for photodynamic therapy and fluorescent diagnostics have been developed by its encapsulation into biocompatible copolymers of N-vinylpyrrolidone with (di)methacrylates. Physicochemical (water solubility, stability, nanoparticle size) and photophysical (absorption, fluorescence) properties of the obtained nanoparticles in an aqueous solution were studied. According to quantum chemical modeling, coordination bonds are formed between the Al atom of the dye and the oxygen atoms of all monomer units.
