Аннотация:In the era of globalization, the media play a key role in shaping views and perceptions about different countries and their cultures. The image of a certain country in the media of another country can influence diplomatic relations, economic ties and public opinion. The United States, as one of the world's leading powers, has always been in the spotlight of the world's media, including in China. However, until recently, the study of the image of the United States in Chinese media was limited by qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis, which made this process time-consuming and not always objective. With the advent of digital technologies and data analysis methods, it became possible to conduct more in-depth and objective research. Digital content analysis using algorithms and machite learning provides new opportunities for studying the image of the United States in Chinese media. This method allows to automate the data collection process, improve accuracy and deepen analysis. The purpose of this article is to explore how digital technologies and data analysis methods can be used to study the image of the United States in Chinese media, as well as to identify key aspects of this image based on the results of the analysis.
