Аннотация:This chapter presents a general overview of the current research in applications of nanomaterials for fuel cell vehicles as promising transport facilities that are characterized by low emissions, quietness, versatility, and high energy conversion efficiency. Nanomaterials offer broad possibilities to improve the fuel cell technology within catalysts, catalyst support, and polymer electrolyte membranes, which will facilitate the transition of this technology to the commercial level. Nanotechnology also plays an important role in the engineering of lightweight and highly efficient hydrogen storage materials as applied to fuel cell vehicles.
