- Аннотация: Study of rheological curves of concentrated water-in-oil emulsions has shown that they are non Newtonian pseudoplastic liquids. A number of mathematical model of rheological curve are considered. Intervals of the models adequacy for rheological curves of emulsions with different contents of internal phase are determined. Only Allis model was found to describe the whole rheological curves of tested emulsions.
