Аннотация:The properties of new porous materials made from nanostructured alumina oxyhydroxides (NAO) were studied in terahertz range. The analysis of experimental results obtained with the raw , annealed, and chemically modified NOA samples shows potential application of such materials for the development of light driving terahertz devices in the form of photonic band gap and low loss holey waveguides. We report the results of THz-TDS detection of absorbed molecular layers at the NAO surface.
