Аннотация:We've analyzed several global indices of activity, including the Wolf numbers – W (or
SSN), radio flux at 10.7 cm (F10.7) and the solar constant (TSI). The relatively low values of
solar indexes in the maximums of 23 and 24 cycles is explained, apparently, by the influence
of the 50–70 year cycle on the 11-year periodicityat the end of XX – beginning of XXI centu-ries. Observers noted a marked reduction in the average magnetic field strength in small and
medium-sized spots on the declining phase ofcycle 23 and at the rising phase 24 cycle,
whereas for large spots, nothing has changed. In this paper, we showed that the total number
of sunspots is relatively decreased by 10–15%since 1990 to 2013 at the same level of F10.7
than confirmed the trend detected by observers. We have also analyzed the variation of the
solar constant – TSI in the cycles 22–24 and showed that the assumption based on the obser-vation data Livingston et al. (2012) istrue: at the same level of F10.7 the value of TSI increases
in the cycles 23–24.
