- Аннотация: In the process of competence forming modern school focuses on the development of abilities and skills that enable a student to develop a whole new knowledge effectively and apply it appropriately in life. However, even in the education competencies, local schools do not consider the influence of harmful factors, such as chemical dependence of any kind: tobacco smoking, alcoholism, drug addiction. In this word the author managed to trace the impact of chemical dependency on students’ basic educational competence and determine the direction of the education vector in secondary schools
