Аннотация:With the aim of preparing biomimetic heterochain condensation polymers, new poly(hydroxyether amines) and polyesters with tertiary amino groups in the backbone were synthesized. To impart amphiphilic properties to amino-containing polymers, hydrophilization of the outer layer of coils and globules of poly(terephthalate N-alkyldiethanolamine) and its chloromethyl derivatives was performed, and their stability against a hydrophilic medium (water) was estimated. It was shown that the introduction of 10% of salt groups into macromolecules occurring as coils had virtually no effect on the water resistance of polymer solutions. Incorporation of the above quantity of these groups into macromolecules before precipitation from organic solvent (into globules) preserved the polymer solubility even upon addition of appreciable amounts of water.
