Аннотация:The effect of hybridization of electron states on resonance conductivity of disordered systems is studied in the intermediate frequency range, corresponding to electron transitions to distant centers. It is shown that due to the suppression of hybridization of wave functions corresponding to distant centers at high frequencies, the frequency dependence of the conductivity sigma(omega) is superlinear and describes the monotonic behavior over a wide frequency range. Compared to the standard theory, a sharper kink is obtained on the curves of ln(Re sigma(omega)) versus ln(omega) in the intermediate frequency range in the vicinity of the crossover from linear to quadratic frequency dependence of the conductivity. The kink may be related to the transition from variable-range to fixed-range hopping regime.
