Аннотация:A structure-property relationship model was developed to predict Ca binding capacities from published data for the complex stability consts. and heats of coordination. The structure-property relation is based on data for 56 ligands of various types (org. acids, phosphoryl compds., macrocyclic polyethers, cryptands, podands, natural ligands). The effectiveness of a discrete-continuous model is shown. Ligands are classified in terms Ca-binding capacity. Quant. relations are derived between structure-descriptors and stability consts. (or heats of coordination).
