- Аннотация: The thermodn. characteristics of dibenzo-24-crown-8 complexation with LiClO4, NaNCS, KNCS, NH4NCS, Mg(NCS)2, Ca(NCS)2, Sr(NCS)2, or Ba(NCS)2 were detd. by calorimetric titrn. at 298 K in MeCN. The formation consts. (log ОІ) and thermodn. parameters (О”H, О”G, О”S) for complex formation were calcd. (except for Mg whose complexes were too weak to detect). All of these cations form 1:1 complexes and Li+ and Na+ also form 2:1 metal:ligand complexes; NH+ form 1:1 and 1:2 complexes. The most stable complexes are formed by Ba2+; hence, dibenzo-24-crown-8 exhibits high Ba-selectivity.
