Аннотация:A method to determine antioxidant activity of blood plasma using glassy carbon modified with cobalt hexacyanoferrate has been developed. Linear dependence of the current on the antioxidant concentration was obtained within the range 2.5 x 10(-4)-2.5 x 10(-1) g/L. It has been shown that the values of antioxidant activity of blood plasma samples of apparently healthy volunteers are in agreement with literature data.
