Аннотация:The pressure dependences of the relative linear deformation of AUK microporous carbon adsorbent have been measured upon krypton adsorption in the pressure range of 1 Pa to 6 MPa at 178, 216, 243, 273, 313, 353, and 393 K. For all considered temperatures, the adsorption-induced deformation increases with pressure and decreases with a rise in temperature, except for the initial pressure range p < 0.05 MPa. At low temperatures, the deformation curves show that the adsorbent shrinks in the initial pressure range, the shrinkage region narrowing with an increase in temperature. At relatively high temperatures ( T > 350 K), the initial shrinkage is absent and the adsorbent expands with a rise in krypton pressure in the entire pressure range. The description of the deformation versus adsorption value dependences by the equation based on the generalized 6-n intermolecular interaction potential has demonstrated good agreement between the calculated and experimental data, especially in the range of moderate and high fillings of micropores.
