Аннотация:A periodical structure has been observed in tunneling characteristics of Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+x break junctions. The observed structure is explained by the electron-hole interference effect in the surface layer, which produce an oscillation in the tunneling characteristics. Good agreement has been obtained between measured characteristics and calculated ones based on Arnold's proximity model. The observed effect indicates on an important role of the proximity effect on surface properties of high-T-c superconductors.
