- Аннотация: This book is a collective monograph that summarizes the research con-ducted by Chinese, Ukrainian, Polish, and Russian researchers. This monograph has been prepared in the scope of research activities of the Belt and Road Initia-tive Institute of Chinese-European Studies at the Guangdong University of Pet-rochemical Technology (Maoming, China). The authors of the research try to share one’s results globally, understanding the need to reflect the COVID-19 pandemic issues standing on the methodological positions of modern humanities and law. The monograph offers theoretical and practical insights when national problems caused by pandemics are reflected in global challenges. The mono-graph is an attempt to share the national experience in solving the issues of pan-demic trying to deeper the humanities and law discourse and strengthen interna-tional research cooperation in the face of global challenges.
