- Аннотация: Pyrrolizidines constitute the basis of numerous natural compounds, in particular the family of pyrrolizidine alkaloids, which are widely used in folk medicine and have a wide spectrum of physiological activities. This chapter focuses on the modern strategies used for the total synthesis of biologically active pyrrolizidinones. It shows numerous strategies for the total synthesis of pyrrolizidin-3-ones that have been devised and tested over the last 20 years.
