♦ В качестве теоретической базы анализа проблемы использованы достижения как отечественной, так и зарубежной научной мысли, при этом основной акцент сделан на материалы зарубежной периодики (Journal of Organizational Change Management, Leadership & Organization Development Journal, European management journal, Journal of Management Development, International Journal of Operations & Production Management, International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management и другие).
