The data of ultra-high resolution thermal imaging for monitoring the temperature regime of ecosystems and analyzing the natural and anthropogenic load are widely used nowadays. Separate studies are devoted to the possibilities of combining ultra-high resolution optical and thermal imagery data for building detailed three-dimensional thermal models of the terrain. It is worth noting that most of the thematic works based on the use of highly detailed thermal data of remote sensing of the Earth (RS) from unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for mapping the components of the natural environment, relatively little is said about the methodological specifics of data acquisition: survey conditions, sensing altitude, processing techniques, technological limitations of portable thermal imagers.
